Collaborative Family Lawyer

"We have numerous issues and I really like the fact that there are two lawyers present who can give suggestions as to the best possible solutions. The round table meetings are constructive."

The cost will depend on what is to be resolved, how quickly you are able to achieve a result and how much work your solicitor has to do on your behalf. If one party owns a business or is self employed, expert help from Accountants and Financial advisers may be needed. Also, if you have a complex pension arrangement, expert advice from a Pension Advisor may be necessary. This will add to the cost, but costs should only be incurred where they are proportionate to the result you are trying to achieve.

At your initial meeting with your Collaborative lawyer, they will be able to advise you about costs. So that you will be able to get to know the Lawyers, and get a feel as to whether you could work with them, we offer all potential clients a free 30 minute telephone consultation.
